Deliveries & Returns
All our products are manufactured in our artisanal workshop in France, so the preparation of our orders requires a delay of 3 to 5 working days.
Please note, this deadline is not applicable for pre-order items. Manufacturing times are displayed on the product sheet in question. For any questions relating to pre-orders, write to us at the email address: email@example.com

Return times & costs
To make a return, simply complete the returns form downloadable here . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . Shipping costs are not refundable.
If the return deadline is exceeded, we will be forced not to accept it. Customer service will send you an email to inform you that the deadline has been exceeded. If the customer wishes to recover his order he must pay the costs of returning the order again.
Steps to follow :
- Download the return slip
- Fill out the form carefully: indicate your last name, first name, order number, email address
- Slip the form into the package
- Please attach your Bank Identity Statement (RIB) or complete the information at the bottom of the form
- Drop off your package at your post office and track its delivery
